All my embroideries are unique, designed and handmade by me. Before your purchase please check all information carefully. If you have any doubts or questions plese contact me before you proceed to finish shopping. I do not accept returns. 

I do not take responsibility for lost packages. After I ship the package I provide you a registered Turkish Airmail with delivery confirm.

I am based in Istanbul / Turkey and all packages will be shipped from Istanbul. I ship worldwide using registered Turkish Postal Service with delivery confirm. If asked for, I can send via UPS, TNT etc with an additional courrier charge.

You will receive a tracking number via email from me after I ship your package. 

IMPORTAN NOTE: Sometimes (mostly for USA customers) the package arrives to delivery address but they can't find the contact person at the address, package goes back to post office. In this case you need to contact your local post office to rearrange a delivery. 

Please don't forget to check the tracking number  I provide after shipment to see the status of your delivery. 

Overseas; ~2-5 weeks
Europe; ~1-3 weeks 
Turkey; 1-2 days
