• DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

  

If it is in the range of what I did before, yes! Have a look at my shop and you can reorder / customize a piece. But please

keep on mind that from time to time I am quite busy and I will let you know the time I need to start yours.

• WHAT KIND OF FABRIC /PEN DO YOU USE?

​

Most of the time I use felt. This is just my personal choice, not a recommendation. For some projects I also use 100% cotton - non elastic fabrics. I use a pen that removes with friction. The brand is Pilot. This allows me to sketch without worrying if I make a mistake or not. After I am done with stitching, I just use a hair dryer to remove the drawing.

• DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

I am based in Istanbul / Turkey and all packages will be shipped from Istanbul. I ship worldwide using registered Turkish Postal Service with a delivery confirm. If asked for, I can send via UPS, TNT etc with an additional courier charge.

You will receive a tracking number via email from me after I ship your package. 

Overseas; ~2-5 weeks
Europe; ~1-3 weeks 
Turkey; 1-2 days

I ship orders within 2-5 workdays after it is completed.

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH A PIECE?

It depends on the work but I usually  finish in 2-3 days after I start.

• CAN I REMAKE ONE OF YOURS DESIGNS?

​

I don't like being copied. Seeing my work on a media doesn't give anyone the permission to remake it.  I encourage you to find your own style. I believe everyone has their unique style and you just need to work to find it.
